Start with your date. We’ll take it from there.

Thank you for considering Etchline NYC for your event or classroom. This is the first step to checking availability for live on-site laser engraving and Etchline Cares workshops. One simple form, and we’ll follow up with clear next steps—not a hundred emails.

There’s no payment due here. This request helps us understand your plans so we can confirm availability, timing, and whether your date can be held.

If you’re planning an on-site engraving experience

  • Date(s) and time window you’re considering
  • Event type (corporate event, fundraiser, marathon week, retail activation, private celebration, etc.)
  • Venue name and full address
  • Estimated headcount and any key timing (for example: “lunchtime rush,” “after-school,” “VIP reception”)
  • Whether you’d like to use your own items or have us curate engravable pieces for you

If you’re requesting an Etchline Cares classroom workshop

  • School name, borough, and grade level
  • Number of students and class period length
  • Any student needs or classroom goals you want us to keep in mind (for example: sensory-friendly, SEL, literacy)
  • Whether the workshop is funded, you’re seeking a sponsor, or you’d like to be added to the waitlist

What happens after you reach out

  1. We review your details. We check your date, location, and what kind of experience you’re planning.
  2. You’ll get a clear reply. If your date is open, we’ll outline recommended hours, number of stations or sessions, and pricing or sponsorship options.
  3. Confirm and reserve. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send simple next steps to lock in your date and, if needed, your contribution or invoice.

To protect quality and avoid rushed setups, we only accept one on-site engraving event per day. Peak seasons and weekends fill quickly, so the more notice you can give, the better your chances of securing your date.
