This website is operated by Zen Nest LLC d/b/a Etchline NYC (“Etchline NYC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Payment: Full payment is required upfront before any design, proofing, or production work begins.
Refund & Returns Policy — Etchline NYC
Most of our pieces are made to order and personalized. Because of this, all sales are final once production begins.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll repair or replace the item, or provide another appropriate remedy.
Order changes & cancellations:
Requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase. After production starts, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
Payment terms:
Full payment is required upfront before design, proofing, or production begins. For custom/bulk projects, work starts after payment is received.
Etchline Cares is a community initiative of Zen Nest LLC. It is not a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and contributions or add-on support are not tax-deductible charitable donations at this time.
What’s not covered:
Typos or content entered by the customer, wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery.
