Shipping policy
Etchline NYC is a brand of Zen Nest LLC. All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this Shipping Policy refer to Zen Nest LLC d/b/a Etchline NYC.
Processing & Personalization
Most personalized orders ship within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate and carrier-calculated shipping depending on destination and items in your order. Rates are shown at checkout and include tracking.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes may not be possible after an order is placed.
Free Shipping ($99+)
Free shipping on orders $99+ applies to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) for eligible items.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have separate rates due to higher carrier costs. Rates are shown at checkout.
Heavy / Oversized Items
Some heavier or oversized items (including certain desk sets and marble/wood pieces) may ship at carrier-calculated rates and may be excluded from free shipping promotions.
Tracking
All packages ship with tracking. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many Etchline NYC items are personalized, all personalized/customized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-personalized items: If an item is not personalized, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or there is an error (wrong item or engraving), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or other resolution as appropriate.
