Students sketch, write, and design, then watch the laser “zap” their ideas into real keepsakes they can hold and take home.

    Our priority is NYC public schools that don’t always have the budget or tools to offer this kind of hands-on creative experience.

Limited Dates, One Event Per Day

Etchline NYC only books one on-site engraving event per day, even for 2-hour packages. That means our full attention, equipment, and energy are focused on your guests.

With only 52 weekends a year — and peak seasons for marathons, awareness walks, weddings, fundraising galas, and holiday parties — dates can disappear quickly. Once a day is booked, it’s gone.

Etchline NYC sets up a refined, portable engraving station at your venue so guests can choose names, dates, or short messages and then lean in and gasp in amazement as their ideas “zap” into place right before their eyes. It’s an experience, not just a giveaway.

• Student-centered projects – Bookmarks with their own poems, achievement tokens, and personalized water bottles they’re proud not to lose.

• Safe, thoughtfully set up equipment – An enclosed laser system with filtered air support to help keep students’ health and safety first.

• No cost to teachers when fully sponsored – When a workshop is fully funded, cost is no longer the reason a teacher has to say “no” to their students watching this “magic” happen right before their eyes.

Etchline NYC was founded by Irene, a neurodivergent mother raising a neurodivergent child, who believes the most meaningful keepsakes are the ones that help people feel seen. From Brooklyn Tech’s metal shop to NYC classrooms and corporate events, Etchline brings together craft, care, and lived experience in every engraving.
